This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through the Loyal Local website, and the choices you have over it.

Who we are

The Loyal Local website is operated by GT Consulting (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the information you submit here. For any privacy question or request, contact us at geetee@geeteeconsulting.com.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through the demo request form:

• Your name
• Your pub’s name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• The message you write to us

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not knowingly collect any sensitive personal information through this site.

How we use it

We use the details you send solely to respond to your enquiry and to talk to you about Loyal Local. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you send the form, together with our legitimate interest in replying to people who ask to hear from us. We will not add you to a marketing list or send you unrelated messages without asking you first.

How your message reaches us

When you submit the form, your details are passed to an email delivery service, Resend, which sends them to us at geetee@geeteeconsulting.com so we can reply. Resend processes the message only to deliver it to us. The website itself does not build a customer database from this form.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which serves the pages and, as part of running any website, processes standard technical request data such as IP address and browser type in its server logs. This is used to deliver and secure the site. Vercel’s own privacy information is available on its website.

Fonts and cookies

The fonts used on this site are served directly from this website, not from a third-party font service, so viewing the pages does not share your details with an outside font provider. This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use third-party analytics that profile you.

Sharing

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. The only parties that handle it are Resend (which delivers your form message to our inbox) and Vercel (which hosts the site), both acting on our behalf so we can receive and answer your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these, email geetee@geeteeconsulting.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles your information — for example, if we add analytics or a different way of handling form submissions — we will update this page to describe what actually happens.
